  • Focuses on learning and memory research.
  • Adams' research interests include knowledge and how it is acquired, language and how words acquire meaning and reference, intentional action and its explanation.
  • Authored the book, "The Bounds of Cognition." Adams' research explores the nature of cognition as it is studied in the cognitive sciences, including embodied cognition (intentional action) and its explanation.
