- Research focuses on energy-efficient light emitting diodes (LEDs), solar cells and solar energy conversion and novel micro/non-structured coatings on different surfaces for color rendering.
Uses optical techniques to detect biological and chemical molecules. Conversant in topics relating to materials science such as biosensing, glass meteorology, magneto-optics and infrared spectroscopy.
- Served on the editorial board of the "Journal of Thermodynamics and Catalysis."
